SANDY CORREA DIRECTOR OF SUMMER PROGRAM Sandy Correa, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Two Peacocks Travel / WanderBridge, started her travel adventures at the early age of 15, when she was offered an exchange student opportunity to France. Since then, she has traveled to 24 countries with an endless number of cities and as a single mother is training her 20 year old to become a global traveler as well. RYAN ALFONSO STUDENT PROGRAM AMBASSADOR A dedicated traveler and student ambassador, Ryan has been traveling the world since the age of 3 with over 12 country stamps on his passport. Ryan joined the first Summer Program in Cordoba, Spain in the summer of 2022. Since then, Ryan has led the student program in Spain and expanding to Egypt for the summer of 2025. Ryan's hobbies and interest Include traveling & exploring new countries, world history, cultural anthropology and gaming. |
DAY 1: TRAVEL DAYTravel day to Egypt.
DAY 2: ARRIVAL CAIROGreeted at Cairo international airport by our tour guide who will escort us to the hotel, assist with a smooth check-in and review the trip itinerary to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight at Cairo Hotel.
Meals: Dinner DAY 3: PYRAMIDS & SAKKARA - EGYPTIAN FOOD TOURAfter breakfast, we will be picked up from the hotel to Visit Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, Lunch will be served in a local restaurant, then proceed to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser in Sakkara along to enjoy a camel tour. Then, enjoy a food tour to experience the local foods of Egyptians. Back to the hotel and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 4: FLY TO LUXOR - KARNAK AND LUXOR TEMPLESOur guide will pick us up from your hotel in Cairo, then transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor (flight is included) – Greeted at Luxor airport by our tour leader and enjoy a unique visit to the East Bank where you will visit Karnak and Luxor Temples, lunch will be served in a local restaurant. After that, transfer to the hotel in Luxor and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 5: VALLEY OF THE KINGS, HATSHEPSUT TEMPLEAfter breakfast, our tour guide will pick us up from the hotel to enjoy a unique visit to the West Bank where we will visit Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Memnon, lunch will be served in a local restaurant. After that, transfer to the hotel in Luxor and overnight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Optional Hot Air Balloon DAY 6: EDFU AND KOM OMBO TEMPLESAfter breakfast, we will drive to Edfu visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus at Edfu. Drive to Kom Ombo to see the unique Temple of Sobek, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god. Have your lunch before driving to Aswan. Overnight in Aswan hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 7: HIGH DAM, GRANITE QUARRIES & TEMPLE OF PHILAEAfter breakfast, our guide will pick us up from the hotel to visit High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. After that, transfer to the hotel in Aswan and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 8: THE NUBIAN VILLAGE TEMPLEAfter breakfast, our guide will pick us up from your hotel to visit the Nubian Village with a motorboat and have lunch with a Nubian Family. After that, we will enjoy a felucca ride in the Nile river around Elephantine Island & botanical garden during sunset. Back to the hotel and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 9: TOUR TO ABU SIMBEL TEMPLEAfter breakfast, we will drive to enjoy a private tour to Abu Simbel Temple by private vehicle, the tour is about 6 hours to be able to visit all the amazing things there. After that, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo (flight is included) – Greeted at Cairo airport by our tour leader and transfer to the hotel for overnight.
Meals: Breakfast DAY 10: EGYPTIAN MUSEUM, CITADEL WITH MOSQUEAfter breakfast, our tour guide will pick us up from the hotel to visit the Egyptian Museum, lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Cairo, then moving to visit Saladin Citadel including Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 11: ALEXANDRIA DAY TOURBreakfast at the hotel in Cairo and then drive to Alexandria to visit (Pompey’s pillar, Library, citadel of Qaitbay, Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa). Enjoy lunch at a fish restaurant. Drive back to Cairo hotel and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 12: NATIONAL EGYPTIAN MUSEUMAfter breakfast, our tour guide will pick us up from the hotel to enjoy a unique visit to the National Museum of the Egyptian civilization where we can visit the New Mummies Hall, lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Cairo, after that enjoy exploring Khan El Khalili Bazaar where we can enjoy shopping. Back to the hotel and overnight.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch DAY 13: TIME TO GO HOMEAfter breakfast, we will transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your departure.

The trip can be paid with credit card or check. Installments can be arranged ahead of time at the time of booking.

All students attending the program must be fully vaccinated against Covid. Please check with CDC what current vaccinations are needed for the country you are visiting.
