Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Get ready to feel the thrill as you touch down at Cairo International Airport, where a warm welcome awaits! Day 2: Pyramids Tour
GIZA | CHEOPS | CHEFREN | MYKERINUS | SPHINX | VALLEY TEMPLE | SAKKARA | DJOSER
After enjoying breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable journey to the Giza Plateau, the site of the fourth dynasty pyramid complex. Here, we will marvel at the ancient wonders of the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, alongside the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple, standing in awe of these timeless monuments. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before continuing our adventure to the Sakkara area, where you'll explore the remarkable Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever constructed. The journey then takes us to Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom, and its renowned Necropolis. We return to our hotel in Cairo for a restful overnight stay. As an added highlight, enjoy a 30-minute camel ride as part of your experience.

Day 3: Fly from Cairo to Luxor

In the morning, bid farewell to Cairo as we embark on our journey to Luxor, known as the world's greatest open-air museum. Upon arrival at Luxor Airport, we will be warmly greeted and transferred to visit the awe-inspiring Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple, a place dedicated to the god Amun-Ra, and also built as a place where pharaohs could be crowned and re-birthed. Our overnight stay will be in Luxor, allowing us to fully absorb the magic of this historical city. As the sun sets, we delight in a serene felucca ride along the majestic Nile, adding a touch of tranquility to our unforgettable Egyptian adventure.

Day 4: Luxor
VALLEY OF THE KINGS | HATSHEPSUT | NEW KINGDOM PHARAOHS | COLOSSI OF MEMNON
Get ready for an exhilarating day packed with ancient wonders and rich history! After breakfast, we embark on an enlightening excursion to the royal cemetery housing the tombs of 62 Pharaohs, known as the Valley of the Kings. This legendary site holds centuries of secrets and stories waiting to be discovered. Next, we explore the magnificent Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a testament to the architectural prowess of the New Kingdom Pharaohs, built in the 15th century BC. As we stand in awe of its grandeur, we can't help but marvel at the ingenuity of ancient Egyptian engineering. Our journey continues to the imposing Colossi of Memnon, colossal statues that once guarded the entrance to the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

After savoring a delicious breakfast, we embark on a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Edfu. Along the way, soak in the stunning landscapes as we journey towards one of Egypt's most remarkable treasures: the Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus. Built between 237 and 57 BCE, this temple is a testament to the enduring legacy of Egyptian architecture and religious devotion. Marvel at the intricate carvings and well-preserved structures as you step back in time to the era of the pharaohs.
Our exploration continues as we sail onwards to Kom Ombo, where we encounter the captivating Temple of Sobek. This unique sanctuary, built during the Ptolemaic dynasty, honors Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed deity. Learn about the significance of these ancient gods as you explore the temple's impressive halls and chambers, adorned with intricate reliefs and hieroglyphs. Our first stop is the iconic High Dam, a remarkable feat of modern engineering that has played a crucial role in controlling the flow of the Nile River and providing hydroelectric power to the region.
Next, we venture to the ancient stone quarries of Egypt's northern region to marvel at the colossal Unfinished Obelisk. This mammoth structure, left incomplete due to cracks in the granite, offers insight into the monumental task of quarrying and shaping the massive stones used in ancient Egyptian monuments. Our journey through Aswan culminates with a visit to the exquisite Temple of Philae, dedicated to the revered Egyptian goddesses Isis and Hathor. Day 7: Abu Simbel Temple and Cairo
After breakfast, we'll bid farewell to our hotel and embark on a remarkable journey to explore the iconic Abu Simbel Temple, a quintessential ancient site that stands as a testament to Egypt's rich history and architectural prowess. This magnificent complex comprises two temples carved into the mountainside, commissioned by the legendary Pharaoh Ramses II, also known as Ramses the Great, around the 13th century BCE. These temples were constructed to honor Ramses II and his beloved wife, Queen Nefertari, as well as the gods Amun, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah.
As we wander through the awe-inspiring halls adorned with colossal statues and intricate hieroglyphs, we'll delve into the fascinating history and significance of these sacred structures. From the grandeur of the Great Temple to the beauty of the smaller temple dedicated to Nefertari, each corner reveals a piece of Egypt's storied past. Day 8: Cairo Sightseeing

Our first stop is the renowned Egyptian Museum, home to an extensive collection of artifacts spanning thousands of years of Egyptian history. Here, we'll marvel at treasures such as the golden mask of Tutankhamun and ancient mummies, gaining insight into the rich heritage of this ancient civilization. Afterward, we'll indulge in a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in Cairo.
Our exploration continues with a visit to the Saladin Citadel, a majestic medieval fortress that has stood as a symbol of power and resilience for centuries. Built by Salah ad-Din (Saladin) in the 12th century, the citadel houses the stunning Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. Next, we'll journey to Coptic Cairo, where we'll explore the historic Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. These sacred sites hold centuries of religious significance and are steeped in legend, with Ben Ezra Synagogue believed to mark the spot where the pharaoh's daughter discovered the infant Moses in his basket.
