This trip is for women with a desire to explore, learn, network and bond with other women while exploring Havana's unique sites and the city’s cultural and historic offerings.  This is the perfect trip for you whether you are retired, starting a business, empty nester or simply needing a getaway to check off the bucket list. This private, curated trip, with an emphasis on boundless personalization and exclusive experiences, will take you through a cultural immersion from our lodging to meals in paladares.  Cuba is the home of the largest collection of American Classic cars and great memories to be made.  

Our goal for this trip is not only visit and take in the beauty but also as a humanitarian effort to aid the people of Cuba. 

We will staying in Old Havana where you will have first hand exposure to the day to day living for Cubans.  We will visit Viñales, where world renowned Cuban Cigars are rolled and Varadero Beach, to take in the beautiful scenic and clear waters on the Caribbean. Experience the culture, music, food and the people.

Welcome to Havana!
Arrive in Havana - transfer to lodging

Arrive in Jose Marti International Airport where you will be transferred to our lodging via private vehicle. Accommodations will be located in the historic heart of the city, Old Havana.

We will be providing mojitos and a beautiful charcuterie board to kick off your arrival.  A welcome dinner will be held at Donde Lis Restaurant, ranked one of the best restaurants in Old Havana.  Resting and relaxing is called for the remaining of the evening or take a walk to enjoy the scenery of one of the oldest cities in the New World, right outside your door.

Tour Old Havana & Shopping
After some rest and sleep, we can start the day with some breakfast provided by our host  We will head out to a private guided walking Tour of Old Havana (2-3 hours). The City of Havana was founded in the 16th Century making it Cuba's capital in 1592 by King Phillip II of Spain.

After the tour, we will head out to lunch on O'Reilly street and then after free to roam the picturestic colonial area, for the opportunity to take in beauty and culture.

Dinner at Rooftop Restaurant (not included in package but will make reservations).

El Morro and Havana Club Museum

We get ready for private guided tour of El Morro (2 hours) with private transportation. El Morro official named Castillo de los Tres Reyes Magos del Morro is a fortress guarding the entrance to the Havana harbor. A cannon is fired at 9pm nightly, the "El Cañonazo de las 9" is a leftover custom kept from colonial times signaling the closure of the city gates.

We will continue our walk through El Paseo del Prado to the Havana Club Rum museum for some history on some of the most delicious Rum in the world and then to El Floridita, Ernest Hemingway's favorite bar.
Tour Cuba in an American Classic & Tropicana

After breakfast, we head out to an exquisite tour of Havana in a convertible American Classic Car. 

​The day is topped with an evening show and dinner at the Tropicana. Famous for it's open-air nightclub show that presents a song-and-dance performance reminiscent of 1950s Cuba.

Vinales Day Tour - UNESCO World Heritage Site
​

And off we go... A full day in Vinales in Pinar del Rio province will give you a different impression of Cuba completely. Beautifully rural, Vinales is endowed in mogotes, large limestone cliffs covered with flat flora and plant life over a circular end. Vinales is a national park and the most visited place in the province. Vinales is a perfect example of the work ‘behind the scenes’ that produces Cuba's the world famous Cuban cigars that gives Vinales a unique selling point.

This day full of activities will include horseback riding, visiting caves and shopping in the local town.

Palacio de los Capitanes Generales and Salsa EVERYTHING

The Palacio de los Capitanes Generales is the former official residence of the governors of Havana, Cuba. Located on the eastern side of the Plaza de Armas in Old Havana it is home to the Museum of the City of Havana. 

We will continue the day with lunch and salsa lessons in the heart of Old Havana. This event will prepare all of us for a night out for salsa dancing.

Day Trip to Varadero Beach

Bring your favorite hat, swimsuit and shades cause we are going to the BEACH!!! This will be a great day of swimming, dancing, eating and taking lots of pictures.

We hit the road early with a pit stop in Bacunayagua for a light breakfast, shopping and taking in the beauty of the tallest bridge in Cuba.

The white sands of Varadero are soft and beautiful to say the least.  Al Capone used to frequent the shoreline resorts, and the city still maintains that glamorous luster that’s been historically appealing to high rollers.

Professional Photos on El Malecon & Bodeguita del Medio

Free day to roam the city at your leisure.

We will end the day with professional photos taken at El Malecón.  El Malecon is a broad esplanade along the coast in Havana, Cuba. (Personal and group photos)

A nightcap at La Bodeguita del Medio is what the night requires after a long day.

Rooftop Hangout with the locals

After lunch we will head out and hang like locals.

When it comes to hanging out, the Cubans do have a reputation! And most often than not, the best parties happen at home, when a random friend arrives with a bottle of any sort of rum, and the typical nibbles everyone loves are served. No planning, no fancy places, just friendship, fun stories, dancing and unmissable dominoes table.

We will meet at a rooftop restaurant where we will chat about our experience, eat, dance and talk to the locals about current affairs. 
Last day to shop & Goodbye Dinner

This is the last day to get in your souvenir shopping and pack.
We will close the night with a beautiful dinner with sharing all of our experiences.

Day 11 - It's time to say Hasta Luego.
